Cardiac Screening
Our cardiac screening service is aimed at identifying conditions linked to Sudden Adult Death Syndrome (SADS) and detecting potential heart issues before they become serious. Whether you’re an athlete or someone concerned about your heart health, we provide a professional, reliable assessment that prioritises both safety and performance.
Each individual screened will complete a medical questionnaire and undergo a 12-lead ECG and blood pressure measurement. All tests are carried out by experienced Cardiac Physiologists and are reviewed by a Consultant Cardiologist with expertise in sports cardiology—so you can train, compete, or simply live with confidence.
Following the screening, you’ll receive a detailed medical report outlining your results, along with any recommendations for further testing or follow-up if required.
The primary aim of this screening is to detect electrical abnormalities in the heart. If you are concerned about other areas of heart health, you may be referred for additional tests as appropriate.
