Pitches & Skills Wall Booking Procedure

• All pitch and skills wall calendars reset at the start of each year.
• Match bookings take priority over training sessions.
• Bookings are first come, first served — any clashes should be resolved between the relevant coaches.
• For match conflicts, resolution rests with the County Board or team mentors.
• All pitch and skills wall use must be booked in advance.
• The Pitch Booking Administrator will confirm all bookings and changes.
• Coaches should check the calendar to ensure their booking appears correctly.
• The Chairperson (or delegate) will notify Mary Roche if pitches become unplayable. In cases of bad weather, use common sense.
